Purpose:To neutralize the action of the Step No.1. Step No2 has acidic properties, which leads the lashes to their normal ph state.
Application:Apply the product to the eyelashes 1-2 mm apart from the eyelash bulbs.Leave for 8-10 minutes. The time is adjusted depending on the characteristics of the client's eyelashes. Remove the remains of the preparation with a cotton pad.
